Los Angeles, CA.
Los Angeles — a city with a rich history, a distinctive cultural diversity, and a spirit of originality. Evident in its food, in its main industry— film & television; and of course, in the architecture and interior design that is created here. So it was natural that Designer Previews would be drawn to have a role in the ethos here. We stay tuned in to what and who makes things tick in the ever-exciting LA design world.
We discover young interior designers as they’re careers are about to take off, as well as being connected to established veterans of West Coast style.
Designer Previews personalized service aims to introduce our clientele to a wide range of acclaimed talent; giving them access to the best design professionals from Montecito to Laguna Beach.
We feel a strong affinity with the legacy of architectural styles found here, along with the continual cycle of inventive interior design that embodies the West coast story.
We admire everything from the niches, arches, and clay patterned tiles that belong to the 1920s Spanish Revival style, to the elegance of Hollywood’s 1930s Art Deco. There’s the Regency Moderne, (from the 1920s to 1950s,) embodied by the work of then prominent LA interior designers, Dorothy Draper and Billy Haines. And the ever-sought-after Mid-Century Modernist style that endures, from renowned architects Frank Lloyd Wright, Richard Neutra and R.M. Schindler among others in California.
We are excited by a re-energized Palm Springs, where Mid-Century homes, and hotels are being redone by our savvy interior designers and architects.
Along with our strong residential presence, our clientele includes restaurants and retail shops.
We look forward to be able to share with you — for your next project— the creativity and talent behind the best design in Los Angeles.
